CGS Façade Engineering was engaged to provide façade engineering services for the efficient design and development of the external façade envelope of 11-27 Frome St. Adelaide.

This forthcoming 36-level residential tower on Frome Street, positioned just off North Terrace in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD, is poised to redefine the city’s skyline and establish a new benchmark in vertical living. As Adelaide’s tallest residential structure, the building’s envelope plays a pivotal role in achieving both its iconic presence and its long-term performance in a dense urban context.
