CGS Façade Engineering was engaged to provide façade engineering services for the efficient design and development of the external façade envelope of Tallawong Station Precinct Stage 3 (Site 2BCE), which includes eight buildings and will provide high-density housing for a growing population.

In response to community feedback provided by the developer, these modern residences stay true to Tallawong’s unique local character.

Residents of this precinct will not only have access to retail and green public open spaces – but the now terminus of the new Sydney Metro rail line – which connects the northwest region to the existing Transport for NSW rail network and over 37,000 daily commuters. Offering an intentional lifestyle within a highly walkable and connected precinct.

As CGS continues to work on this project, we are incredibly excited to see its successful completion.
