CGS Façade Engineering was engaged to provide façade engineering services for the efficient design and development of the external façade envelope of Sebastian Drive, 232 New Line Road, Dural – or Belvedere Dural.

The project blends the ease of apartment living with the spatial qualities and comfort often reserved for freestanding homes, thanks in large part to a façade strategy that prioritises light, outlook, and environmental responsiveness.
