Pymble Ladies College, Grey House Precinct

CGS Façade Engineering was engaged by the contractor to provide façade engineering services for Pymble Ladies’ College, Grey House Precinct.

To satisfy current Performance Requirement (F3P1) as outlined in the NCC2022, F3P1 related to weatherproofing for roof and wall cladding, CGS Façade Engineering designed and developed a performance solution for the cladding system and weatherproofing of the grey house Precinct.

This development will feature a range of state-of-the-art facilities, including dedicated learning spaces for junior school students, a dance academy with six new studios, out-of-school hours care, and an early learning centre.
