CGS Façade Engineering was engaged to provide façade engineering services for the efficient design and development of the external façade envelope of Stage 5, Melrose Park.

Providing over 360 residential apartments, and 1-3 bedroom units, this six-tower, 6 to 10 storey development is set to establish itself as an important landmark of the Parklands Area.

CGS continues to work on this exciting project, and we are incredibly excited to see its successful completion.
