Grand Reve, Castle Hill

CGS Façade Engineering was engaged to provide façade engineering services for the efficient design and development of the external façade envelope of Grand Reve, Castle Hill.

Grand Reve is a large-scale residential development located in Castle Hill, comprising 196 apartments across two multi-storey towers, with a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, as well as dual-level townhouse-style dwellings. The project incorporates a range of communal open spaces, including over 2,000 m² of landscaped gardens across podium and rooftop levels.

Grand Reve represents a technically coordinated and compliant façade solution tailored to a high-density residential typology. The project balances complex form-making with performance-driven detailing, delivering a durable, maintainable, and regulation-compliant building envelope in a growing suburban context.
