CGS Façade Engineering was engaged by the contractor to provide façade engineering services for 43-53 Oxford Street, Epping. This included termination height calculations | wind load calculations | PDBD documentation. This documentation was prepared in compliance with the National Construction Code (NCC) 2022, Volume One – Building Code of Australia (BCA), to guarantee that the final façade performance report aligns with the Performance Requirement of NCC 2022 F3P1 Weatherproofing.

This multi-purpose building includes over 30 apartment residences, a gym, pool, café/bistro, grocery store, hairdresser, and a library.
