CGS Façade Engineering is excited to announce our façade project for Coles Caringbah.

Housing 130 residential apartments, an array of ground floor retail tenancies, and a full line Coles Supermarket – this 11-storey mixed-used development is set to establish itself as an upcoming focal point of Caringbah’s town centre.

CGS Façade Engineering was tasked with wind load calculation | termination height calculation at external openings | window frame specification | sarking type and material review and inspection report | flashing/DPC material review and inspection report | external glazing windows/doors review and inspection report | masonry wall review and inspection report | metal cladding review and inspection report | light steel stud wall review and inspection report | screens/battens/louvres review and inspection report | balustrades review and inspection report.
