CGS Façade Engineering was engaged to provide façade engineering services for the efficient design and development of the external façade envelope of 85 Kurraba Rd. Kurraba Point – Merrinda.
The Merrinda development at Kurraba Point consists of 14 high-end residential dwellings ranging from 130 to 425 sqm, engineered to provide spatial efficiency, thermal comfort, and premium material integration within a compact, high-value site.
Its façade and envelope systems at Merrinda reflect a holistic integration of luxury design intent with technical precision, delivering a bespoke residential experience that aligns with the environmental conditions and urban fabric of Kurraba Point.
