CGS Façade Engineering was engaged to provide façade engineering services for the efficient design and development of the external façade envelope of 85-87 Douglas St, St Ives.

This residential estate comprises 18 dwellings, integrated within a heritage-informed landscape and enclosed by a restored sandstone boundary wall featuring preserved wrought iron gates. The built form and surrounding façade treatments draw heavily from the site’s historical context, with original materials retained and reinterpreted to deliver long-term durability and continuity of character.
