Boasting an innovative curved brick façade, The Praq is situated beside Bexley’s shopping strip, local restaurants, and train stations – whilst offering a slice of nature and tranquility in an urban jungle.

The suburb is to experience immense population growth due to its prime location – linking the South of Sydney to Sydney Airport. This project in turn aims to support the suburb’s growing population.
