CGS Façade Engineering was engaged to provide façade engineering services for the efficient design and development of the external façade envelope of 61 North Steyne, Manly, or Finn.

The Finn development comprises five full-floor residential units located directly on the Manly Beach foreshore. Given the exposure to prevailing coastal winds, airborne salinity, and high solar loads, the façade system was designed for resilience and passive environmental control.

This project contributes to increasing local housing supply by delivering five high-quality, full-floor residences within an established beachfront precinct, making more efficient use of a premium site in a high-demand area.
