CGS Façade Engineering was engaged to provide façade engineering services for the efficient design and development of the external façade envelope of 52-56 Ramsay Rd, Five Dock.

A gateway to the Five Dock Town Centre, this project aims to improve the pedestrian experience at street level through vibrant, active frontages that enhance the thriving neighborhood.

Incorporating unique steel and glass elements with operable louvres, the façade will provide visual interest while enhancing the area’s amenities and contributing to the cultural heritage of Five Dock.
