CGS Façade Engineering was engaged to provide façade engineering services for the efficient design and development of the external façade envelope of 5 Colindia Ave, Neutral Bay.

The building consists of four levels of apartments, including six half-floor residences and a full-floor penthouse.

The use of curved wall geometries introduces complex formwork and cladding challenges, necessitating precision in fabrication and installation. The curvature enhances the building’s aesthetic identity and softens transitions between internal and external spaces, contributing to occupant comfort through improved daylight distribution and airflow.
