CGS Façade Engineering was engaged to provide façade engineering services for the efficient design and development of the external façade envelope of 385 Wattle Street, Ultimo.

This project is aimed at providing highly demanded accommodation for students from the University of Sydney (USYD) and the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Our façade system for this project is designed with student wellbeing in mind, prioritising access to natural light to support comfort, focus, and overall quality of life.
