CGS Façade Engineering was engaged to provide façade engineering services for the efficient design and development of the external façade envelope of 206-214 Railway Parade, Kogarah – The Rise.

The Rise will provide over 45 units to the rapidly growing cosmopolitan hub of Kogarah. Conveniently located near Kogarah and Carlton railway stations, The Rise will be a vibrant addition to this buzzing precinct of culinary treats, distinctive shop fronts, and community spaces.
