CGS Façade Engineering was engaged to provide façade engineering services for the efficient design and development of the external façade envelope of 149-153 Livingstone Ave. Pymble.

The positioning and orientation of each of the 19 senior living dwellings are carefully engineered to support passive environmental strategies, including natural ventilation, solar access, and controlled shading. These measures, combined with landscape buffers and spatial sequencing, ensure the façade contributes to resident wellbeing while maintaining a respectful interface with the existing streetscape and neighbouring properties.
