CGS Façade Engineering was engaged to provide façade engineering services for the efficient design and development of the external façade envelope of 131-139 Holt Ave, Cremorne.

A boutique residential development containing oversized 2- and 3-bedroom units in the heart of Cremorne – Élevé will provide over 22 boutique dwellings  to Cremorne and aims to elevate its living and property standards.

CGS continues to work on this exciting project, and we are excited to see its successful completion.
