Newmarket Randwick lies 6 kilometres southeast of the Sydney Central Business District, within the desirable Eastern Suburbs. The Newmarket development covers over 5 hectares and represents a unique offering in Randwick, featuring hundreds of residential units and surrounded by lively commercial and retail spaces.
We have successfully completed the design and engineering of this residential façade project. CGS Façade was responsible for the design and engineering of the façades, incorporating window walls that include fixed glazing, sliding doors, hinged doors, awning sashes, and a combination of vision and opaque glazing; for six residential buildings.
Our scope of work encompassed structural and thermal engineering, as well as the preparation of comprehensive shop drawing documentation.
Throughout the project, we meticulously addressed all remedial engineering requirements, ensuring that the windows were installed in accordance with set specifications and certifications.
