CGS Façade Engineering has successfully completed the design and engineering of this unique façade project.
44 Market Street comprises of 26 levels of commercial whole floor and part floor suites, surrounded by top-tier dining, shopping, and lifestyle amenities.
Our scope of work was extended to include responsibilities as both the façade consultant and façade engineer, looking into developing innovative solutions for new workable glass and vertical support structures to accommodate double-height spans and oversized widths.
We also assumed responsibility of all design documentation, such as shop and production drawings – whilst ensuring that our safe designs were completely implemented. Our regular site inspections further ensured that the façade installation adhered to our set design and documentation standards.
