CGS Façade Engineering was engaged to provide façade engineering services for the efficient design and development of the external façade envelope of 71-71A Queenscliff Road, Queenscliff – or The Queenscliff.

The Queenscliff is a boutique residential development comprising 15 dwellings across multiple levels on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. The apartment mix includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, with generous balconies and ground-floor terraces integrated into the façade strategy.

The site’s elevated positioning allows upper levels to capture extensive coastal and district views across Queenscliff, Manly Beach, and North Head—driving key performance requirements for wind resistance, glazing specification, and corrosion durability.
