CGS Façade Engineering was engaged to provide façade engineering services for the efficient design and development of the external façade envelope of 127 Princes Hwy, Wolli Creek.

This mixed-use development comprises 54 residential apartments above a commercial ground plane, with two basement levels providing car parking and services. The project includes 284m² of ground-level commercial tenancy space and a rooftop communal open space designed for shared resident amenity.

This development represents a technically robust and environmentally responsive façade solution that supports mixed-use density, passive design performance, and durable construction within a constrained urban footprint.
