The first being a residential project on Cross St – home to 15 units and customised finishes such as a concierge service. The other being a commercial building on Bay St – home to high-end premium office suits and travertine clad arches & scalloped branding. CGS Façade Engineering developed a performance solution pertaining to window wall design | GRC design | concrete pre-cast design | façade specification | façade schedules for all disciplines | balustrade design | thermal simulation modelling | access and abseiling design.
