Yesterday, our Managing Director, Massoud, along with one of our façade engineers, conducted a thorough site inspection at 8 Phillip Street, Parramatta. This visit is one of many as CGS Façade continue to play an integral role in the development of this remarkable 61-story residential tower.

The scope of work entrusted to CGS Façade Engineering encompasses the comprehensive design of the curtain wall, alongside rigorous peer review and certification of the engineering processes. Furthermore, our responsibilities extend to providing façade engineering services in compliance with the Design and Building Practitioners (DBP) Act, ensuring that all aspects of the project meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
