CGS Façade Engineering was engaged to provide façade engineering services for the efficient design and development of the external façade envelope of 8 Philip St, Parramatta.
55 levels tall, 8 Phillip Street sits in the social epicenter of Parramatta, and will be a part of Western Sydney’s exciting future. The tower will provide another 314 residencies to Paramatta – and its residents will benefit from resort-inspired amenities whilst sitting alongside Parramatta’s first luxury QT Hotel.

CGS Façade Engineering was engaged to provide façade engineering services for the efficient design and development of the external façade envelope of KingBridge Tower Bangkok.
52 storeys tall, KingBridge Tower sits alongside the iconic landmark of Bhumibol Bridge, Bangkok. Set to become a new landmark in its own right, this project will be the ultimate workplace for impactful businesses in Bangkok.
Through this project, CGS has showcased Australia’s best in façade engineering to Thailand.

Mingara Hotel

CGS Façade Engineering was engaged to provide façade engineering services for the updated design and development of the external façade envelope of Mingara Hotel, or Encore by Mingara.
Hosting 86 quality rooms across four levels, Encore by Mingara stands as the only accommodation of its scale in Tumbi Umbi and surrounding suburbs. Seamlessly integrated with the upmarket Mingara Recreation Club—featuring two restaurants, a full aquatic and gym centre, gaming facilities, lawn bowls, and a 400-person function centre — this project delivers convenience and elevated comfort to a growing regional hub.
Encore by Mingara is now a pivotal development for the Central Coast, enabling the Club to host major events, weddings, and conferences with on-site accommodation. The project not only elevates the Club’s offering but is also expected to drive regional tourism and support ongoing economic growth in the area.

CGS Façade Engineering was engaged to provide façade engineering services for the efficient design and development of the external façade envelope of 168 Walker St, North Sydney.
168 Walker St is set to become a part of a transformed and revitalized North Sydney – providing 386 additional residences to the heart of North Sydney.
Recognised as a suburb for growth by various levels of government – the suburb has already attracted state and local government investment commitments identified in North Sydney Council’s CBD Public Domain Strategy.

CASS Asquith Residential Aged Care Facility

CGS Façade Engineering was engaged to provide façade engineering services for the efficient design and development of the external façade envelope of CASS Asquith Residential Aged Care Facility.
This new 98-bed Residential Aged Care facility, alongside 11 thoughtfully designed Independent Living Units in a separate building, makes a meaningful contribution to the growing need for aged care options in Sydney’s northern suburbs. Importantly, it enables older residents to remain close to their families and familiar communities—supporting emotional wellbeing and strengthening local connections.
The development includes a full basement and integrated back-of-house services that efficiently support both residential buildings, as well as a community hall and a dedicated meeting room for Independent Living Unit residents.
Set on a long, narrow site overlooking a cricket oval, the facility offers residents a tranquil, leafy outlook and a desirable northern aspect—creating an uplifting and comfortable living environment that fosters both independence and care.
