Providing an additional 100 residencies to Epping’s important senior community – this development promotes an integrated community that is physically and socially involved in daily activities. Whether it be at its gym, pool, pocket parks, café/bistro, grocery store, hairdresser, or library.

A landmark building marking the transformation of Coffs Harbour’s city centre, CODA is a contemporary expression of coastal living with cosmopolitan flair amongst cafes & restaurants, retail, education, and parks.

A boutique residential development containing oversized 2- and 3-bedroom units in the heart of Cremorne – Élevé will provide over 22 boutique dwellings  to Cremorne and aims to elevate its living and property standards.

CGS Façade Engineering was engaged to provide façade engineering services for the efficient design and development of the external façade envelope of Scape Ascot.

Located in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney and within walking distance to UNSW, Scape Ascot is a 9 storey student accommodation development that will provide 180 boarding rooms across 6,100sqm which will be geared towards hosting postgraduate students. It will additionally host 1,000 sqm of ground level commercial tenancies.
